Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:  Typically, we use USPS to ship. Once an item has shipped you will receive a notification containing the Tracking #. We do ship internationally.

-Standard Shipping Rate: $5.00 flate rate for orders under $100. 

-Orders over $100 will be granted FREE SHIPPING 

-International Shipping Rate: $25

-Items typically ship within 1-2 days. Weekend orders will ship the following business day i.e. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will ship Monday.

-Orders can be cancelled ONLY IF they have not been processed and shipped. All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. To cancel an order please use our Contact Us page and use one of the forms of contact to reach us. 

-In the rare case that an item is out of stock, damaged, unable to be fulfilled, we will contact you via the email address provided. If we are unable to get in touch through that email address, we will refund the method of payment for the item we are unable to fulfill. 

IN STORE PICK-UP POLICY: Typically, in store pick-up items are available for pick-up within 1-3 hours when placed during normal business hours. In Store Pick-Up orders placed outside of business hours will assume pick-up the following business day. i.e. orders placed on Wednesday after 6pm will assume pick-up Thursday and orders placed Saturday after 5pm will assume pick-up the following business day (Monday). All in store pick-up orders will receive a fulfillment confirmation email AFTER the order confirmation email. Once you have received this your order is ready! Please have valid ID ready to show that matches the order name when picking up orders.

Although, we hope that you always love your order, we know sometimes that may not be the case. All online orders come with a return/exchange form necessary for returning and exchanging. Sale items/Final Sale Items assume our in store SALE  policy as listed on our Return/Exchange page.
